This access to the expEDIum Medical Billing Software is only for demonstration purposes, and accessing this software would mean signing a "Non-Disclosure Agreement," wherein the prospective user of the software would abide by our "terms of use" and shall strictly maintain confidentiality of "PHI" (protected health data) in all manner.
Notice further demands the following from the user:
- The user / prospective client shall enter into the system only to access test data, and not data enter any live / production data or patient information,
- The data provided in the demo system is 'de-identified' and provided only for demonstration and review purposes,
- We specifically forbid taking screen captures or passing on the login information to any current or future competitors.

Terms & Conditions for payment gateway
- We use Stripe® to receive payments from international clients. We create an invoice, and per the invoice, we send a Stripe® link to be used by our clients to wire the money to us.
- There is a charge of up to 4.3% per transaction when anyone pays via Stripe® Payment Gateway.

Refund and Cancellation policy
- Currently, we do not have an Auto Refund process.
- Any refund request must be made via invoices@expedium.net stating the order ID and reason for the refund request to be manually processed by expEDIum along with Stripe®.
Compliance with Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”)
- expEDIum shall comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) when the Act is made effective and when applicable to the parties. The (‘Breaching Party’) shall at all times, indemnify the other (‘Non-breaching Party’) from and against from any monetary fine or penalty imposed by the DPA (“Data Protection Authority”) that results from the breach of obligations of the parties on the Non-breaching Party, arising out of or related to the Breaching Party’s non-compliance with the DPDP Act.
- expEDIum shall retain personal data/information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to meet legal or business requirements. When determining how long to keep this information, expEDIum considers applicable local laws, contractual obligations, and the needs and expectations of our clients. Once personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or dispose of it.
