With expEDIum InstaPay (eIP), patients gain control over their payments, eliminating the need to contact their clinic frequently to settle their accounts. By using this product, patients can easily make payments at any location and at any time, providing a seamless and hassle-free payment experience.
As our payment gateway, we have partnered with InstaMed, a JP Morgan company. InstaMed® is a PCI Level One v3.0+ Service Provider and PCI-Validated for P2PE v2.0, offering healthcare organizations the highest level of security for the storage and processing of payment card information. expEDIum Pay, which is PCI-DSS certified, serves as a secure intermediary between expEDIum InstaPay and InstaMed®, ensuring seamless and secure payments.
Payment Process:
To begin, the patient can visit our secure payment portal at https://instapay.expedium.net and enter their Customer ID from the patient statement they received.
- Enter the amount they would like to pay.
- To process the payment, verify the amount selected and enter the credit card information securely.
- For future reference, patients can download or take a screenshot of their payment receipts following the successful transaction.
